Getting passed level 24

[b]How can one complete this level and move on?? I've been on it for 4 days now.. and can get NO WHERE near the goals!! if I sale off property at the end to make the money goal, like right as it's ending, the guy comes up and says, "we need 5 rental properties to make money" ??
