I am playing now and can not for the life of me get out of the africa stage. Please help me if you can

I am stuck in the Indian Village. The last clue is to shoot the arrow at the target, but the arrow just falls straight down from the bow...If i can't finish the game, i would like my money back.

Stuck on the paints in Indian Village, the colors are inside the teepee on the slot machine. green, green, green on top and blue, blue, red, green on bottom. Click mouse to change colors, 1, 2, or 3 clicks. hope this helps. I cannot shoot the arrow in same chapter, any help would be appreciated.
